Refund Policy

Clients must provide 24 hours' notice to cancel singular purchased session. If they fail to do so, they will be charged for the full price of the session.

Clients must provide 24 hours' notice to cancel a session purchased in a 5x or 10x session package. If they fail to do so, they will lose the session but will not be charged additionally.

Clients must provide 24 hours' notice to cancel a session scheduled via a recurring subscription. If they fail to do so, they will be charged a 50$ late cancellation fee in addition to their monthly billing.

Once a 5x session package is purchased, you have two months from the time of your purchase to use up all the sessions. This package is non-refundable. If you fail to use up all 5 sessions within two months, you lose the remainder of the sessions.

Once a 10x session package is purchased, you have three months from the time of your purchase to use up all the sessions. This package is non-refundable. If you fail to use up all 10 sessions within three months, you lose the remainder of the sessions.

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Once cancelled, you will be billed for the payment period you cancel in, but nothing beyond that.
